London

It's been a crazy couple days here in London getting ourselves ready to hit the continent. Finally after money transfer and insurance issues that nearly saw the end of our trip, we are finally in possession of our car, packed and ready to go.

Huge, no HUGE thanks to Cara and Pearse for their invaluable help with sorting through the bureaucratic hurdles of English insurance and finance, on top of having us stay with you in your lovely London flat, with jet lagged kids up at 2am ready to play. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

After a couple of days of drizzly weather London turned on the most glorious day for us yesturday. We watched the Wallabies play the Lions (on screen) with Pearse's family, before heading to Crystal Palace Park for hours of dinosaur hunting, paddle boats, farm animals, ball games and tag. Tempting us to stay for another day as it is predicted to be 25 degrees today, but no - a day on the road for us, off to Germany. Will's in tears as he has become quiet attached to Pearse's computer and knows there is no internet for the next few weeks - poor boy.
